There's hardly anything lately that excites me. I was toying with the idea of getting the hardcover version of Douglas Adams' Hitchiker Guide to Galaxy that I left it at the BORDERS' cashier counter so that I could browse through other book selection; but it turned out, I left BORDERS for DEBENHAMS.
In the quest of a pair of office pants, I got disappointed at the alteration service and the shirts are typical conservative British wear. Sorry, not that fond of European design.
And at the IMAX show, Haunted Castle, I thought the storyline was total crap only to be saved by mediocre 3D graphics. And right now, the Starbucks black coffee doesn't give me the same kick when I first started consuming a couple of years back. It is flat and worst, I yawned and yawned.
And today, for the first time, I got tired of KL. And wanted to leave the city badly and head up north tonight. But, thank goodness --- what keeps me here are some friends who I wanted to meet up and keep up with their life.
This is in fact; as good as it gets! Or that I should start pursuing my dream of working in different metropolitan cities and narrow in the degree of seperation.

You're quite right...Malaysia in general has no more exciting things to offer especially to ambitious people like us. Maybe it's time to venture elsewhere...London would be a good place...imagine instead of shopping at Time Square's Debenham, you would be doing your shopping at Harrods, Selfridges etc. Going to work would be a breeze in the 'tube' instead of having to depend on our terrible public transport or getting a 'ride' from your colleagues.
